How you do one thing, is how you do everything.  Every single stitch is done without compromise. Our promise is to provide top quality products, the APX!  If there is anything at all that you are not happy with we will make it right.

Well, it’s just me and Ana for now.

I’ve scowered the earth for a seamstress or upholsterer that could uphold the quality that I put into every stitch. The truth is, most of them do not specialize in a designer stitch. Most of their work is hidden, folded inside. Our stitches show, and it takes a tremendous amount of patience and skill to do it right. Most in the industry are doing bulk work.  They are swamped with work, most behind weeks and for that reason I would not trust my product and reputation with them. Then the universe aligned, I moved into a new place in Miami and met ANA, my neighbor. For 30 years she has worked magic starting as a young girl with her Mom who was a seamstress. When I brought my sample cuts to her, and explained it she nodded, not knowing much english she pulled out her phone and opened the google translate app. I typed in, “4 french seams.” She nodded and stood up, walking to her shelf of threads, she picked the thickest red one she had. I watched in aw as she threaded her machine as if it was the millionth time which she could probably do with her eyes closed. As she sewed, I could see her intent, most people may get nervous while watching, but she had nothing to hide. Her skills were apparent and she knows it. She didn’t rush. She could care less that I was hovering. Time meant nothing, all that mattered was that each stitch was perfect. I knew then I found my seamstress.
